Candace Marie Duke

Meet Candace Marie Duke, the Processing Team Manager at TSB Title. Born and raised in Vienna, Virginia, Candace has deep roots in the community. She currently resides in Herndon, Virginia, with her husband, Fuad.

Candace’s journey into the real estate industry began after attending Virginia Commonwealth University and later graduating Magna Cum Laude from Strayer University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems. She discovered her passion for real estate early on, balancing full-time work with night school. This dedication led her to co-found a successful real estate title company in 2005, serving the DMV area. In 2012, Candace took a bold step and established her own title services company, CDQ Consulting & Insurance, LLC, where she found great satisfaction in building a reputable and profitable business.

With a career spanning several years, Candace brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence in her role at TSB Title. She is known for her leadership, attention to detail, and the genuine care she brings to every transaction.

Outside of work, Candace enjoys exploring the diverse cultures that have influenced her life and career. She has a deep appreciation for the vibrant community in Herndon and is dedicated to fostering positive relationships both professionally and personally. Candace’s passion for real estate and her commitment to helping others make her a valued leader and an integral part of the TSB Title team.

Kaitlin Brown

Meet Kaitlin Brown, a key member of the post-closing team at TSB Title. With a psychology degree from George Mason University and a notary license under her belt, Kaitlin combines her analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure every closing is handled with care and precision.

A proud New Orleans native, Kaitlin made the DMV area her home in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the vibrant community. Outside of work, she’s all about creating fun memories—whether she’s catching a live show, exploring new destinations, or enjoying the thrills of a theme park.

Halloween holds a special place in Kaitlin’s heart, and she’s always up for a spooky adventure. When she’s not out and about, you’ll find her cherishing time with her family, blending her love for tradition with a sense of adventure.
